Flea Granules are simply sprinkled on carpet and broom in and will last a year controlling fleas.  This is safer than table salt.  This 2 pound jar will cover 2,000 square feet.   I SWEAR by this product.  I have a huge dog kennel at the back of my property and I also live in a heavily wooded area and have 10 dogs, at present, and I practice as much natural  and  holistic care of my pets as I can.  And if this works for me, with a kennel, grooming shop attached to the living quarters, and the the wooded area, it will work for you.  I do NOT use any dip of ANY  kind on my dogs and I DO NOT USE any yard spray on my yard and I DO NOT USE ANY FLEA TREATMENT on my dogs like Advantage or Frontline.  To me, they are dangerous.   I put this powder down and because I have so many dogs, I let them "broom" it in themselves.  This is a great and wonderful product. 

NOTE:  on this package or most packages that give different directions -I recommend leaving the powder down longer than the directions on any of the products you buy.  Leave it down for at least 1 week and two if you can stand it.  It disappears into the carpet and  I feel, the longer it stays down, the better results.  Then when you do vacuum, do a light vacuum. Also most packages say you will see a difference in about a month but in my experience, it can take up to 7 weeks and then it is just like magic. 

It is a good thing also to at least bath and dip your dogs if you have an infestation or use the once a month flea treatment to help speed things up. And then soon, you will not have to use any thing on your pets at all.  This is safe for even your children to walk around barefoot.  It has NO ODOR whatsoever.  And it pours like salt so it is NOT DUSTY.  Use sparingly until you are sure that you have covered the entire area of all the rooms in your house (exception-hard floors).  Then when you have left,  go over the heavier pet occupied areas.  Put some under the couch cushions.  It would not hurt to, at first, buy two bottles to do a thorough job. After this, you can just buy a jar once a year and it is advisable to use it at the beginning of flea season--say March-to get a head start. 

This is a boric acid product--it is also fantastic against  roaches, ants.  I use it inside of my kitchen cabinets and believe me, living in Houston with no  roaches  or  ants is a real hard thing to do  and I NEVER have any.  Order yours today!!!
